On November 30th, 1990, the founder of Billroth, Late Dr. V.Jeganathan launched Billroth Hospitals with a block of 30 beds. After six years, another block with 70 beds was added to the facility. 2003 was a landmark year as Billroth took over Kalliapa Hospitals, a 100 bedded multi-specialty hospital. With the addition of Shenoy Nagar S block in 2007, Billroth turned into a 350 bedded super-specialty establishment.
